Chocolate Avocado Pudding Recipe
Serves: 4
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 2 avocados, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup vanilla or chocolate almond milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth. I like to make this in a Nutri-Bullet. If you have one, the order to put everything in would be:avocados, almond milk, salt, greek yogurt, vanilla, cocoa powder, honey.
NOTES
- You may have to stop once or twice to mix with a spoon or spatula to get it to keep going. Make sure it’s blended well in case whoever you’re serving it for is weirded out by bits of avocado!

This sounds amazing! Do you chill it or eat it right away?
David says
Both! I usually eat a little right away and put the rest in the fridge for the week.

This recipe sound delicious!!! Can I substitute coconut milk for the almond milk?
David says
Definitely! I’ve done it and it was delicious…

This is awesome! It is a very flexible recipe I’ve made it several times. Sometimes I’ve used coconut milk instead of the almond milk and yogurt (depending on what I had in the house), used Swerve Sweetener instead of the honey, and also thrown a banana in the mix on my latest batch. It’s yummy and a big hit in my house. Thanks so much for the recipe.
David says
That’s great, I need to try this with the banana!
